TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

PRELIMINARY<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

These general terms and conditions of sale and use apply to your visit, your use of the Futurist Games website and our official social media pages (the “Site”), and to any booking made on the Site, as well as to all information and\/or services provided to you by the Site. They also apply when you visit our premises to experience Futurist Games. You may hereinafter be referred to as: “you”, “your”, “yours”, or “the player”. We may hereinafter be referred to as: “we”, “our”, “ours”, or “Still connect”, “Futurist Games”. To use the Site and book a game session, you must accept the following general terms and conditions. Please read them.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. General Terms of Sale<\/b><\/h2>\n

1.1 The Service<\/b><\/h3>\n

Futurist Games offers virtual reality and Arena sessions (the “Service”) for individuals and businesses. All displayed prices are inclusive of taxes (VAT). <\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to <\/span>modify the content of the Service and prices<\/b> at any time. The price displayed at the time of booking will be the applicable price. <\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 Booking and Purchase<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Bookings can be made via the Site, by email, or by phone.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • The booking is <\/span>confirmed after full payment<\/b>, made online or on-site according to the terms specified on the Site.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Bookings are <\/span>personal and non-transferable<\/b>, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Futurist Games.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    1.3 Number of Participants<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Arena:<\/b> 1 to 6 participants per session.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Virtual Zone:<\/b> 1 to 13 participants per session.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • For groups of <\/span>15 to 50 participants<\/b>, please contact us directly (email, form, or phone).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1.4 Absence, Lateness, and Rescheduling<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • In case of a <\/span>no-show<\/b> or delay exceeding 15 minutes, the session is non-refundable.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Rescheduling requests must be made <\/span>at least 48 hours before<\/b> the session. A postponement will result in a <\/span>credit valid for one year<\/b> for a new booking.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Modifications (number of participants, date, package) are possible up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1.5 Vouchers and Promotions<\/b><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Vouchers are valid for one year and <\/span>only cover the price of tickets<\/b>, not additional options (drinks, catering, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Promotions and discount codes <\/span>cannot be combined<\/b> with each other.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          1.6 Payment Terms<\/b><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Full payment is required to confirm the booking.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • In case of non-payment within the specified timeframe, Futurist Games reserves the right to cancel the session and issue a credit note upon receipt of payment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1.7 Force Majeure<\/b><\/h3>\n

            In case of <\/span>force majeure<\/b> (e.g., pandemic, strike, technical failure, terrorist acts, government restrictions), Futurist Games may suspend or cancel the Service. A credit note valid for one year may be offered. Futurist Games will not be liable for any additional compensation. <\/span><\/p>\n

            2. Regulations for Service Users<\/b><\/h2>\n

            2.1 Safety and Conduct<\/b><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Access to the Service is denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
            • Any inappropriate behavior (violence, sexist or racist remarks, disrespect for equipment) may result in immediate exclusion.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              2.2 Age and Supervision<\/b><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Sessions are open to participants aged <\/span>7 and above<\/b>, with minors requiring adult supervision.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Some games (VR) may have a higher minimum age requirement.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Futurist Games may request <\/span>proof of age<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                2.3 Health and Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Use of the Service is at <\/span>your own risk<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Minors play under the responsibility of the accompanying adult.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Futurist Games disclaims all responsibility for personal belongings.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • The participant is responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  2.4 Safety Instructions<\/b><\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  • Respect the limits of the play areas and the equipment provided.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Do not play with unsuitable glasses (prefer contact lenses).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Put phones on silent and do not keep them in your pocket during the game.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Do not smoke or consume alcohol or drugs on site.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    3. Team Building and Large Bookings<\/b><\/h2>\n

                    3.1 Terms<\/b><\/h3>\n
                      \n
                    • Team Building bookings are for <\/span>15 to 50 participants<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    • A <\/span>deposit of 30% of the total amount<\/b> is required to confirm the booking.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    • The <\/span>final number of participants<\/b> must be communicated at least <\/span>one week before the event<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Sessions can be modified or rescheduled subject to availability and prior agreement with Futurist Games.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      3.2 Invoicing and Payment<\/b><\/h3>\n
                        \n
                      • After booking confirmation, a <\/span>detailed invoice<\/b> will be sent to the client.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                      • The <\/span>remaining balance<\/b> can be paid:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                          \n
                        1. By <\/span>bank transfer<\/b> before the event date.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                        2. On-site<\/b> on the day of the service, in cash or by credit card, subject to prior notice and agreement with Futurist Games.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                        3. The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                        4. Any delay in payment or non-payment of the balance may result in <\/span>the cancellation of the service<\/b>, subject to the provisions of Article 1.7 (Force majeure and rescheduling).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

                          3.3 Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n
                            \n
                          • Participants are responsible for their conduct and personal belongings.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Futurist Games may refuse access or interrupt the session in case of non-compliance with the rules.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                          • Material damages caused by participants will be charged according to the price list above.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            4. Complaints, Lost and Found, and Applicable Law<\/b><\/h2>\n

                            4.1 Complaints<\/b><\/h3>\n
                              \n
                            • Any complaint must be submitted <\/span>in writing<\/b> within 5 days after the session.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                            • Damage reports must be made within 10 days.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                              4.2 Jurisdiction<\/b><\/h3>\n
                                \n
                              • These GTC are governed by <\/span>Belgian law<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                              • Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brussels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
